Remove Office 365 Archive mailbox user with Hybrid Deployment

The action ‘Disable-Mailbox’,’Archive’ can’t be performed on the object ‘name’ because the object is being synchronized from your on-premises organization. This action should be performed on the object in your on-premises organization.

From Exchange Management Shell

Disable-RemoteMailbox -Identity name@domain.com -Archive

This process takes a minute to run and does not show up instantly.

AnyConnect 3.1.05152 – can’t choose group

Looks like a flaw in the AnyConnect interface which is not allowing users to manually select the group from the dropdownlist.

Only workaround at this time:
1 Downgrade the client to 3.1.04059
2 Edit the XML file in C:\Users\%name%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\preferences.xml to the group wanted

xxxxxxxxx

3 Initiate the session via the web interface while picking the group wanted

I see a few individuals having the same issue in this thread – https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/4163865

Hopefully Cisco will provide an AnyConnect client update soon.

Office 365 users can not view free busy of Exchange on premise

Randomly, Office 365 users can not view the free busy information of Exchange on premise users.  It was working before but just stopped for some unknown reason.

The Outlook error messages showed this error:

“An error occurred when processing the security tokens in the message.”

After much digging, I finally found used this command on both the on premise and Office 365 side:

Get-Federationtrust|Set-Federationtrust -Refreshmetadata
