Looks like a flaw in the AnyConnect interface which is not allowing users to manually select the group from the dropdownlist.

Only workaround at this time:
1 Downgrade the client to 3.1.04059
2 Edit the XML file in C:\Users\%name%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\preferences.xml to the group wanted

3 Initiate the session via the web interface while picking the group wanted

Hopefully Cisco will provide an AnyConnect client update soon.
